Dr Seng Shay Way is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has been committed to the healthcare of women for over 19 years.

Dr Seng received his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and his Master of Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales. He pursued his internship and subsequently, obstetrics and gynaecology training at various hospitals, including Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Kandang Kerbau Hospital (later renamed KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital) before being admitted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. He further completed his sub-speciality training under the HMDP (Health Manpower Development Programme) scholarship by the Singapore Ministry of Health in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, England.

Dr Seng is a Singapore Ministry of Health-certified reproductive specialist with expertise in the treatment of reproductive disorders and infertility. He is registered with the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom and is also a member of several prestigious medical societies (professional affiliations).

Dr Seng believes that it is essential to remain at the top of his field through constant medical education and self-enrichment. He has undergone extensive training in gynaecological surgery including abdominal laparoscopic surgery with an emphasis on infertility treatment and fertility preservation. Dr Seng has amassed a wealth of experience in clinical and surgical obstetrics, including antenatal ultrasound, natural childbirth, as well as forceps, vacuum and cesarean deliveries.

Dr Seng continues to be significantly involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He will continue to strive towards enhancement of patient care and to research and publish valuable materials in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
